酒店位置優越，但設施的確有點老舊，暖風機非常吵，第二天問了才知道，根本不用開，房間自帶暖氣。房間小但足夠一個人住，清掃需要每天早上告知前台才有。早餐品種不多，但絕對可以吃飽，還可以自製華夫餅。服務員很熱情，但衹有前台和餐廳的服務人員會説英語，清潔員和維修工衹説西班牙語。另外發生了一件我旅行這麼多年第一次遇到的事情，我提前大概一個月就把酒店費用都給訂房網站了，無需現場付款，但到店後前台要求我再當場交226美元，不交我就無法入住，我緊急和訂房網站客服聯繫，也沒有徹底解決，讓我在寒冷的前台凍了一個半小時，最後到晚上10:30前台小妹看我實在可憐就讓我先入住，她們抄了我的信用卡號，説後面再和訂房網站溝通，這件事雖然不應影響我對酒店的評分，但對我的心情影響很大，可能會造成一些對酒店更負面的印象

酒店地理位置方便，距離地鐵B線72街隔一條街，距離中央公園隔半條大道. 前台的小姐姐接待服務不錯，早上幫我們寄存行李的小哥哥也非常有禮貌. 衞生間和浴室雖然小，無法容納兩個人同時站在裡面，但是總體是乾淨衞生的. 但是房間設施不敢恭維，讓我一度懷疑是流浪漢收容所. 隨手拍幾個細節，大家自己感受吧. 一千多住這種酒店有點冤大頭了，但是假期沒辦法. 下次不如當天訂酒店賣不出去的房間，價格還能更便宜一兩百

服務態度太差，幾個印度**惡狠狠地對待客人。他們在工作時間大喊大叫，大聲浪笑，影響酒店的聲譽。給客人最次的房間，然後讓客我重複訂房，勒索客人的錢，多收我的房費。他們太惡劣了！強烈不推薦來紐約旅遊的朋友入住這家酒店！就是這個醜女人和另外一個女人！

酒店地理位置非常好，就在中央公園邊上，距離自然歷史博物館、大都會很近。酒店在71街，出行很方便'72街就有地鐵口，基本地鐵可以到達紐約有名的各景點。酒店所在上城區，比較安全'周邊有很多吃飯的店。房間的確小，衞生間迷你型，第一次見如此小的洗臉盆。畢竟寸金寸土的地方'也可以理解。畢竟價格還是很有性價比的，酒店服務也很好，行李可以免費寄存。早餐中規中矩，歐陸早餐。

你猜他的圖片為什麼不放正門？正門超級超級小，打車到了，都不知道到了。房間很小，床也很小。唯一的優點就是就在中央公園旁邊，早上旁邊散步蠻好。有自助早餐。

I read a lot of bad reviews but glad I still decided to stay there. Great location and really nice people on staff, all working hard and together. Their jobs are made more difficult because of the amount of physical improvements needed in the building and infrastructure. It appears that management is making improvements. I’m not someone who travels because I want a super hotel experience; I just need the basics and a good nightly rate. The worst thing about it is the elevator. At best it should be a behind-the-scenes service elevator. The next time I stay there I am going to ask for a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and just use the stairs most of the time. I most likely will stay there again.

Stayed in a room on the 10th floor. Initial impressions were the carpets were dirty and sticky. The bathroom was clean but the ceiling looked as if it had a previous leak and the paint was hanging in a bubble. The shower handle came off and I wouldn't have liked to have been tall because the shower was too low. The bed linen and towels were clean Ac was great as it was 36degrees outside I personally would pay extra for a different hotel

The hotel is neat and clean. The atmosphere of the environment is nice. I would have visited so many places but it's so cold. it has free breakfast but no gym room. You can still take a stroll down the street if you want to exercise. I will stay here again if I visit NYC. There's no parking lot if you rent a car. It has street parking lot.
